WEEK 3 READING THROUGH THE BIBLE IN A YEAR!

Welcome to week three!

What stood out to you most from your reading last week? Think about it then write it out.
You could even start a journal to write down the things that stand out to you from each week or reading.

If you are looking for more you can also highlight using a simple color code to see visually what God is teaching you.

• Pink could be for things pertaining to being a godly woman, wife, mother, grandmother, or even widow. God has a lot to say about women and how we are to live.
• Blue could be used for what God says about men, husbands, and fathers. That way you can pray for your husband or even start praying these passages over your future husband.
• Purple can be everything you learn about GOD, who He is, what He does/has done, His names, His character.
• Yellow could be used for important passages you want to memorize or that stand out to you.
• Orange could be your code for prayers, what you want to pray or when you see a prayer in scripture.

These are simply suggestions. You can come up with your own. Let this year’s Bible reading be for a lasting change in your life!

As always I highly recommend you pray before opening God’s Word. He is the author and loves to teach us actively when we invite Him. Let this be a time where He renews our minds and hearts to be more like Him in all things!
